Yoga & Brunch - Bring Balance Back

If Summer is making you feel out of balance with changes in the daily routines, such as holidays, altered sleep schedules, and different eating habits, maybe it's time to bring balance back!


This is for you if you need to:

  • Bring consistency back into your life,
  • Ensure you get enough sleep and rest,
  • Incorporate more regular physical activity that you enjoy,
  • Schedule downtime to relax and recharge,
  • Plan simple and enjoyable activities to restore your energy


Create a more balanced and enjoyable Summer for yourself and stay present and mindful with a Yin-Yang Yoga Flow that will help you find strength, stability and a deep sense of relaxation as we move through some dynamic poses that will lead to a slower and enjoyable sequence focused on passive, longer-held poses that target the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. We will finish the practice with a Sound Healing experience with Crystal Bowls during Savasana to continue to soothe and nurture further the body and mind.


Have a little break in the gorgeous gardens of the Quinnettes Barn. A stunning 16th century house and barn that will be our home for a few hours as we enjoy mindful movement, a delicious 3-course vegetarian brunch and meaningful connections.


Brunch will be served as you enjoy meeting other lovely people, including a smoothie, main meal, and dessert.
