The Gentle Rewild is a spacious, soul-soothing experience. Over 5 slow days and 4 nights, you’ll move, rest, breathe, and simply nourish the body and mind.
This retreat is about remembering your own nature. Slowing down. Listening in. Reclaiming joy, rest, and the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten in the busyness of life.

About the Yoga
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, everyone is welcome! Adriana, founder of Yoga and Brunch, will create an inclusive space, offering guidance and variations to suit every body and ability. Adriana is a certified Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation Teacher, and Sound Healer with over 10 years of experience. Each day’s practice will be thoughtfully shaped around the group’s energy and experience, with a gently invigorating Vinyasa flow in the morning to awaken the body, and a slower, more meditative evening practice featuring Yin, Restorative yoga, and Sound to Sleep (crystal bowls sound healing sessions)

Our home for the weekend...
We will be staying in a beautiful Cornish Manor House & Gardens, set in secluded 22 acres of grounds with lake, tennis court and Victorian walled garden near some of the best surfing beaches on the north coast of Cornwall.
Built in 1846, the estate is only 2 miles from the coastline and a short drive
to the beautiful towns of St Ives and Padstow.
The estate is made up of three distinct buildings, with the Manor House at its heart. Inside the Manor, there are eight light-filled, spacious bedrooms, each offering views over the beautifully kept gardens. The house also offers a choice of elegant communal spaces, including a drawing room, study, and a cosy library — perfect for relaxing with a book or a cup of tea.
Just across the courtyard lies The Apple Store, a more contemporary space with comfortable bedrooms and a stylish sitting room, and its own well-equipped kitchen. It’s also home to our yoga studio — a true hidden gem.
All rooms are upgraded with White Company London linen and REN products in all of the bathrooms to offer little details that feel like home.
Shared accommodation in triples, doubles, or solo occupancy available.
Arrival is from 5pm on Friday, departure is at 10am on Tuesday. A detailed schedule for the weekend will be released after booking.





Delicious Meals
Lucy from Lucy's Ladle will be our in-house chef for the duration of the retreat. She will serve us all meals, snacks and refreshments based on a vegetarian menu with options for other dietary requirements
Our main focus is to provide you with delicious and nutritious food to replenish your energy levels and make you feel good. You can expect breakfast, lunch and suppers all included, plus snacks, tea and coffee so you can relax and enjoy your stay with us! Best of all, no cooking, no cleaning, and nothing to tidy away. You truly deserve a proper break.
