DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT?
We will provide everything you need for the Yoga session, including a yoga mat. However, feel free to bring our own if that is your preference.
WHAT IF I HAVE ANY FOOD INTOLERANCE?
Please get in touch before booking your ticket. We will do our best to adjust to your requirements when possible. However, please note that if you have an allergy or intolerance we do not recommend food consumption Our food may contain lactose, gluten, crustaceans, caffeine, nuts, eggs, fish, soya, molluscs, peanuts, sesame, sulphites.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer it to a friend or family member as long as we are informed of this change with 24hr prior the event
IS YOUR EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
Our yoga sessions are for all levels and are very inclusive, however, we ask participants to be 18+
WILL THERE BE CHANGING ROOMS?
We recommend people to come ready for the yoga session. In most cases our venues will have designated areas should you needed to change before or after the session
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other upcoming events
If you need to cancel, we encourage you to transfer the ticket to someone else and inform us about the change. In case you cannot transfer the ticket to someone else, we will do our best to resell your ticket until the day before of the event. If we are able to do so, you will receive a refund minus a £10 admin fee.

WHAT IS THE MENU FOR THE EVENT?
The menu served on every event will be vegetarian and will vary depending of the chef we are collaborating with. We will always try to offer different experiences and flavours. Every event will have a unique menu designed for that specific occasion
